Stewardly

A one-page brief on any donor, ready before you meet.

Stewardly is a donor-stewardship assistant for small nonprofit teams. It reads your fundraising records and your team's email, calendar and documents, then writes the brief for you, with every line linked to where it came from.

Dana wrote on April 9 to ask how the youth program's spring cohort went, and nobody has answered yet.

Your program team says the new mentors worked out well.

Before you meet

You're meeting Thursday at 9:00. Bring the spring cohort numbers.

At the site visit, Dana asked about mentoring slots for next year.

What Stewardly does

Prepares donor briefs

Name a donor and Stewardly gathers their giving history, correspondence, meetings and documents. The brief covers what happened lately, what they care about and what to handle before you meet.

Answers your questions

Ask "Who should I thank this week?" or "Which major donors have gone quiet since spring?" and Stewardly looks across the systems you've connected.

Drafts your replies

Stewardly saves a thank-you or a reply as a draft in your own mailbox. You review it and press send.

Works with

Stripe, ActBlue, Salesforce, Givebutter, EveryAction, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Slack, Sincere Engage and iMessage.

How Stewardly uses your Google data

Each person on your team chooses whether to connect their own Google account. Stewardly reads Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive to prepare donor briefs and answer your questions, and it saves drafts in your own mailbox for you to review and send. It never sends email on your behalf, and it doesn't sell Google data or use it for advertising.
